Go Hike Mount Merbabu – A Weekend of Movement, Connection, and Journey Together.

One Trail, Three Countries, Countless Stories

Looking back at Outside's first-ever Go Hike Regional at Mount Merbabu.

Before the first step was taken on the trail, something remarkable had already begun.

It was a shared love for the outdoors. This wasn't just another hiking trip.

It marked the beginning of Outside's very first Go Hike Regional—a gathering designed to bring our community together beyond borders, proving that adventure has a unique way of bringing people closer.

More Than a Hike

The weekend wasn't built around reaching the summit.

It was built around every moment leading there.

As the day unfolded, conversations naturally found their way around the group.

The Mountain Gives, So We Give Back

Being outdoors also comes with responsibility.

As part of the experience, participants joined our Trash Pickup Challenge, collecting litter found along the trail and campsites.

It was about leaving Mount Merbabu a little better than we found it.

Every Step, Together and This Is What Community Looks Like

At Outside, we've always believed that the outdoors is about more than equipment or destinations.

It's about people.

It's about creating spaces where friendships begin naturally, where knowledge is shared openly, and where every adventure leaves us with something more valuable.

And also a heartfelt thank you to #QuickSnap @fujifilm_id for support us capture these unforgettable moments
