During the dry season, the water is clean and clear, allowing visitors to see the riverbed from above the water level. The surrounding natural atmosphere is beautifully preserved and incredibly soothing.
The waterfall is named Putri Kencana, which is linked to a local myth. According to residents, a beautiful woman resembling a princess and her carriage can often be seen on Friday nights. While this waterfall is associated with mystical tales, it does not deter tourists, who are eager to experience its stunning beauty.

Cibereum Waterfall in Bogor is a trekking destination that takes about 1 to 2 hours to reach, depending on your pace. The trek covers 2.8 km and is easy enough for children.
The trail starts on a rocky path surrounded by dense trees. You'll reach Post 2, a great spot to rest and take pictures. Afterward, you'll cross a wide wooden bridge, popular for photos. As you continue, the air gets cooler, and you can hear the clear sound of the flowing river.

Similar to the Highland Camp at Curug Panjang nearby, Mount Bunder shares a forested environment and stunning mountain views. It is also close to the Ciputri Waterfall camping ground, making these sites part of a waterfall paradise in Bogor Regency.
